Ham Mill is on the west side of the A419 London Road. The River Frome flows past the rear of the site. Viewed in early September 2015 when notices on the padlocked entrance gates show Construction site - keep out. People authorised to enter the site must wear safety helmets, protective footwear etc. KEEP OUT - 24/7 ONSITE SECURITY. NO PARKING - 24 HOUR ACCESS REQUIRED. The 5-storey former mill in the background dates from the early 19th century. After the mill closed down, the site was a carpet weaver's premises for most of the 20th century. It has been derelict since 2000.
