Built around 1835 as the Rock Ferry Hotel for visitors and later extended in 1926, this building later became the Chelsea Reach nightclub before being refurbished and converted into thirty luxury apartments in 2007. http://www.20thcenturyimages.co.uk/trolleyed/4/21/2464/index.htm shows a photograph of the building in 1956 (albeit from the opposite corner).
