Planning permission was approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y15/0255/SH for the “erection of single storey extensions to the side and rear incorporating extension to roof”. Oak Lodge Road is a short thoroughfare running between Fairfield Road and Cannon Street.
