Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y09/0763/SH for the “erection of 15 three-storey houses (9 houses having integral garages), with associated car parking and access road”. Years ago, there used to be a petrol station here, which I used from time to time.
