This image of Portobello Road was taken from on board one of the vehicles in the carnival procession, during the 2015 Notting Hill Carnival. The roads have been closed to traffic as large numbers of people attend the carnival. Some of the local buildings have had their windows boarded for the weekend, as a precaution in case of trouble.
