Busking outside the former "Animal" store on Mostyn Street Image is Stuart MacLaughlan aka the Travelling Bagpiper. According to his website http://www.travellingbagpiper.co.uk/ he was born in Bathgate, began playing at the age of seven, has been a full-time professional Piper for the last 20 years and claims to be the most photographed Piper in the UK! So well here it seems is another one.
