It looks like an uncommonly attractive Victorian terrace, but was built in 1890-97 as offices and warehousing for chemical company, Brady and Martin. The architect was W.L. Newcombe. It has a jolly mix of decorative details and good gate piers and railings (Image]). Grade II listed. This is all now Northumbria University territory.
