The development comprises the demolition of the existing fire station building and the redevelopment of the site to form 43 Later Living apartments (19 x 1 bed and 24 x 2 bed apartments), together with a communal residents lounge, laundry, guest suite, refuse area and house managers office. There are 34 car parking spaces and mobility scooter parking spaces provided with charging facilities.
