Footpath to Cheadle Grange

Cheadle Grange is first mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1086. The 1775 Yates Map of Staffordshire shows a road here and, as late as 1970, the OS Plan shows a grass track. Since then, the track and the field boundary it used to follow have been ploughed out. The route remains as a footpath but doesn't appear to be much used.
