This was painted in August 2011 for the 'See no Evil' street art project. Some of the world's best graffiti artists were positively welcomed by the authorities, to brighten up drab 1960s buildings in the area around Nelson Street, and to attract tourists. The Vandal character, who wears a smart suit and hat while throwing tins of paint around, has appeared in several of Nick Walker's artworks in Europe and the USA.
