After a long period of closure this traditional country pub re-opened on the 11th October 2014. It has a pool table, two real ales on handpumps and offers meals in a basket at certain times. It narrowly escaped the fate of being turned into a ceramics workshop. The building is about two hundred years old and was originally the local prison for Oreton and Farlow. Image
