Currently home to Happy Feet, a children's shoe retailer. The building was once part of Durrant's Brewery which operated here from the 1820s until closure in 1906. The family retained the buildings for other ventures hence their survival including a horse gin which now resides in the garden of the Red Lion. One of the chimneys on the right belongs to the Stand Up Inn, built in 1880 for workers of the brewery.
