The Sculpture is made of roofing slates. This is the Mill at Kirktown Mill, which like many watermills across the country has been converted into a dwelling. Which is a shame when we are very likely going to need the electricity that such a mill could produce, surely better than 200 wind turbines on every hillside in Scotland ???
