This early 19th century farmhouse sits on a steep hill on the eastern side of the village. In the early 1960s it was the home of Don Cooke, Anne Cook and their 3 children. The Cookes and Humphreys were distant relatives and as a child I remember our families spending reciprocal weekends at each others farms By 2007 changes had been made at the front of the house, see http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/378276 The date of the photo is estimated.
