St Andrew’s Church, Thursford stands in a hollow in the fields (there isn't really a Thursford village; the name is famous for Image] a mile or so away). Apart from the tower (14th century) and the north doorway (ca 1200), the church was almost completely rebuilt in the early 1860s. It is a grade II* listed building (English Heritage Building ID: 224018 http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-224018-church-of-st-andrew-thursford-norfolk#.Vcp5snnbKHs British Listed Buildings).
