Market Overton House and its associated stables are both Grade II Listed. The British Listed Buildings description states that it is a "House of early C18. Ashlar with plinth, rusticated quoins, sill bands and parapet and Collyweston slate roof with moulded stone end stacks. Linked triple flues. 2½ storeys of 5 6/6 sash windows with keyed architraves."
