Planning permission has been granted by Kent County Council under application number 13/01452/AS for the “demolition of an existing one and two storey care home with pitched roof and the construction of an extra care building of 1,2 and 3 storeys containing 41 flats and associated communal and community facilities”. The care home was called Little Hill.
