Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y14/1385/SH for the “erection of a replacement two storey detached dwelling following demolition of existing bungalow (alternative to planning permission Y13/0870/SH)”. The bungalow was known as St Davids.
