Harbottle Wood near Harbottle

This is a glade in Harbottle Wood just north of Seal Rigg (a ridge) through which a tiny stream flows, Seal Burn. The footpath to the glade which runs from Rockey's Hall on the Harbottle road to Holystone comes through a dark dense conifer forest. The wood is managed by Forest Enterprise which is an agency of the Forestry Commission.
