Located at 15 Maxwell Street, this TE replaced the former TE in Pitsligo Road somewhile ago. It has the code ESMOR and serves 9,485 residential and 397 non-residential premises in Morningside, plus Blackford, Braids, Comiston and Greenbank nearby. A BT Openreach van can be seen parked to the left of the photo whilst a BT warning notice can be seen fixed on the building to the right of the photo.
