A brief rest between sections of the ride along the SDW, then onwards down the bridleway to the left which heads for Rodfield Lane and Gander Down. The cyclists are taking part in the fairly tough 100 mile, single-day traverse of the long distance path, in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
