Looking across Knowle Avenue. The Square contains the only shops in Knowle Village. I noticed a newsagent on the left and a hairdressers on the right. The premises fronted by the dark glass windows straight ahead were empty; I asked what they were for and was told there was a rumour there might be a wine bar there.
