Grade II listed early C19 building. Rubble ground floor. Red brick 1st floor. Pitched slate roof. 2 storeys. 5 casements on 1st floor, 8 on ground floor. 2 planked doors. End (west) elevation has planked loading door on 1st floor, with winch hoist over.
