Clive Emson Auctioneers had affixed a couple of auction notices to the railings along Priory Hill and the High Street. The auction took place on 16 June 2015 with a guide price of £55,000 - £60,000 but the sale realised £178,000 http://www.cliveemson.co.uk/index.php/ There have been a number of planning applications submitted to Dover District Council. Planning permission has (now) been granted by Dover District Council under application number DOV/13/00706 for the “change of use and conversion of fire-damaged church to a worship space with associated rooms, erection of new roof, remedial works and associated internal and external alterations”.
