A short stretch of the Soho Loop

The Loop is one of the 'wiggles' in Brindley's Old Main Line canal (the Icknield Port Loop just south of here being another notable example) which was subsequently removed from the route when Telford forged the New Main Line more directly through to Wolverhampton.
