Looking along the most westerly, and therefore most central, segment of Christchurch Road; the picture offices are numbers 2 to 10 in a road that reaches the 1200s. Nearest us is the Chocolate Box, previously known as Heron House when offices (Image]). Beyond that is the tall Hurn House, which now also occupies the narrow frontage of the now demolished Central House (Image]). Finally, at the end, is the distinctive Royal London House which is not all that modern (Image]). Also a recent alteration here is the position of the bus stop, which used to be outside Hurn House.
