Located in Bicester Village designer outlet shopping centre, ChangeGroup provides a bureau de change service and also VAT (Value Added Tax) refunds for purchases made by people who reside outside the European Union. Various conditions apply for refund eligibility. In July 2015, the UK VAT rate is 20%.
