The PSNI has seen drastic cuts in its funding resulting in stations being closed and the adoption of a reactive rather than a proactive approach to policing.If recent proposals are adopted there will only be one police station in Northern Ireland providing a 24/7 service - that at Musgrave Street in Central Belfast.
