At the junction with Lairgate, No.12 Landress Lane, former Congregational Sunday School, 1879. Services were held there during the rebuilding of the Presbyterian chapel, Lairgate, in 1886-7. Meetings of the Society of Friends were held in the Sunday school from circa 1955 until 1957. Now Bailey's soft furnishings store. Adjoining, No.10, three-storey, white brick, occupied by business, ground floor, and flats above.
