I think I have this little disused chapel in the right square. A look at the 1:25,000 map appears even less conclusive and could even depend on the alignment of the different colour inks. In fact the front (pictured) face of the chapel is at SU 38998 04012 so this might be technically in the wrong square, however the majority of the church stands in SU3904 which is good enough for me.
