Olympic Way links Wembley Park Tube station to Wembley Stadium. It was built several years after the Second World War by German Prisoners of War still held captive by the United Kingdom. The Olympics it was named after was the 1948 London Olympic Games where Wembley Stadium was the centrepiece. In this photograph looking away from the stadium, Wembley Park station is in the distance.
