Site now cleared. Taken from the vehicular chain ferry. The funnel on the left belongs to a steam driven sewage hopper vessel. On the right there is the spare steam driven ferry. The Authority refused permission to visit the workshops and steam vessels - a relatively unusual refusal in 30 years and 1100 sites visited.
