This is another of the 'Private Road but Public Bridleways' to be found in this area. Only residents of properties accessed by this road, or persons having business with them, (such as postmen etc.) are allowed to drive motor vehicles up here. Local farmers are jealous of maintaining their rights, and persons driving cars up here will, quite rightly, get short shrift.
