The village shop located in the centre of the village. The shop is part of a much larger building that also includes the house, Sopers Gardens, and the neighbouring Half Moon Inn which date from the 17th century. The shop front, however, was added in the 19th. To the left is granary Cottages whilst ahead is The Broadway which once contained the village post office.
