This beautifully carved stone marks the grave of Jean Taylor, who died in 1727. The tools shown in the central panel suggest that she came from a wright's family. The two angels indicate life after death. They carry the trumpets of resurrection and one also holds a pen. The hour-glass, skull and crossed bones represent human mortality.
