Burghley House used to have a display of painted windows but during WW1 a bomb was dropped near the house which shattered them leaving only this one intact. This pane has been located in the Brown Drawing Room and shows the detail of the picture painted onto it. For a view of the Black and Yellow Bedroom refer to picture Image
