View SE where 'A' Shop had been until 1986. No. 5952 (minus tender) looks beautifully restored, at present-day Swindon GWR Museum; the locomotive had been built there in 12/35, withdrawn 6/64, then saved from Woodhams' Barry scrapyard only in 9/81, restored by the Cambrian Railway at Oswestry and passed to the Llangollen Railway in 2010. (Date of this photograph rather uncertain).
