On the lightly used footpath behind the hedge of Little Braxted Lane. Their behaviour was interesting. On my approach they dispersed by a metre or so, but soon regrouped when I stopped for the photograph. When I set off, they again dispersed. If this was a nest there was very little trace of it. There was no sign of parents.
