Here runners enjoy the change of scene and the return leg of this great road race back to Swansea. Certainly a well-designed route; pretty flat, so good for PB's (Personal Best times), scenic beside Swansea Bay which I have heard favourably compared to the curve of the Bay of Naples (many Welshmen say it betters it), close to amenities, which runners prefer, i.e places of refreshment, eateries and easy access and egress by car, bus, train or on foot. Well worth a jog out.
