Off to the left, at the end of the low wall, is Sandy Lane. The building is grade II listed This mid-seventeenth century brick-built two storey stable/barn needs partially re-roofing and some of the brickwork has badly deteriorated at the south side. Cracking in the walls indicates some structural movement. A scheme for conversion to residential use has recently been approved.
