Stephenson Shaft and Coalville Crossing Signal Box, Snibston Discovery Park

Snibston Colliery forms the basis of the Snibston Discovery Park with many of the buildings having scheduled monument status. The signal box has been rebuilt as part of the railway on site, but the winding gear and engine house are original, dating from 1914 with later improvements.
