The boat Fleming on the right, and Cowford beyond it, were included in the planning of the redevelopment of Paddington Basin, intending them to be used for meetings or offices. Some comments from Narrowboat world in 2009 indicate that they have not been used much. Buildings on the right are part of the new Paddington Basin development. The low buildings seen ahead are used by St Mary's Hospital. View from footbridge, looking along a floating walkway.
