These large properties which back onto Hobson's Brook are the premium homes within the Clay Farm development. The nearest building is known as 'The Astratto' a four bedroom villa, Plot #161. The second slightly taller structure (in this view) is known as 'The Lusso' (£2,345,000), a five-bedroom villa, plot #160. Price quoted as of May 2015.
