Currently being used as the showhome, it faces onto Plantation Avenue. Guide price in mid-2015 was £2,345,000. For this you get a tiny garden and the noise of traffic on Long Road. however, inside you will have 397 sq.m of living space and oak floors! Sorry, I'm not convinced.
