Queen Katherine's Tudor Knot Garden, named for Katherine of Aragon, who was imprisoned here from 1533-4, was dedicated and opened in 1995.The view is from the Grade I listed curtain wall of the inner court (see http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-54297-curtain-wall-to-buckden-palace-buckden-ca#.VWYTbiiwHZY ), looking across the garden towards the centre of the village, with The George Hotel on the skyline in the centre.
