A permissive path built on top of an embankment which contains the Northern Outfall Sewer. There is an access from Manor Road close to here. There are fences each side which are intended to control access, but there are various paths up and down the side of the embankments from the nearby residential areas which suggest that local children get in without having to go the long way round.
