North Pole depot was used as maintenance sheds for Eurostar trains, but this use has gone elsewhere. The photo shows the entry from Old Oak Common Road. If HS2 and Old Oak City go ahead, this will be the western end of a range of buildings between Wormwood Scrubs and the Great Western Main Line. In the photo there is a full height turnstile for pedestrian entry, a wide gate to a roadway, and up on the left the last power line gantry of the sidings.
