Antoher late Victorian (c 1885) redevelopment as a public house and offices, in variegated red brick and terracotta pottery decorations, and some stone. The two large gables facing the street were originally taller, with cappings and finials, but these have been removed. The building is not listed. The Buildings of Grainger Town - No.120. See Image
