Built in the early 20th C in vaguely Art Nouveau style; the exact date, and the architect(s), are unknown. The first and second storeys are relatively plain, but the gable is topped by a shell-crowned statue niche (without a statue) standing on a bird bath, flanked by strange columns and supported by stone garlands that trail over the window heads below; there are also two Art Nouveau finials.
