This is a Grade II listed, stuccoed office building in four storeys, and three bays. In the ground floor is a central shop window, flanked by round-arched doorways. In the first floor is a round-arched window, the second floor has rectangular windows, balconies, lintels, and pediments. The top floor contains oculi, above which is a segmental open pediment. It was built in 1854, designed by James A Picton. A rather ugly rooftop extension was added in 1975.
